Who we are
IMMIMINIG (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a mining company — exploration, extraction, processing and mineral trade. This Privacy Policy explains, in plain terms, what information we collect through http://localhost:3000 and when you enquire about or trade with us, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
By using our website or engaging our services you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or share information with us. We aim to meet the standards of the EU/UK GDPR, the California CCPA/CPRA, and Morocco’s Law 09-08 on the protection of personal data.
Information you give us
We collect information you choose to share with us, such as when you request a quotation, place an order, or visit one of our sites:
- Contact details — name, company, email address and phone number.
- Enquiry details — the mineral, grade, tonnage, delivery terms and destination you are asking about.
- Commercial & compliance data — company registration and tax identifiers, banking references, and the due-diligence documents required to trade and export.
- Site visit data — the visitor and safety-induction details we are required to record before anyone enters an operating site.
- Correspondence — the content of emails, messages and calls about an enquiry or contract.
We only ask for what a given enquiry, contract or site visit reasonably requires.
Information collected automatically
When you browse http://localhost:3000, our hosting and analytics providers automatically collect limited technical data to keep the site secure and working correctly:
- Device & browser information — browser type, operating system and screen size.
- Network & approximate location — IP address and the coarse region/country derived from it (not precise GPS).
- Usage data — pages viewed, referring page and general navigation patterns.
This site does not use advertising trackers or sell browsing data to third parties.
How we use your information
- Respond to enquiries and quote availability, grade, tonnage and delivered price.
- Perform a contract — schedule production, arrange assay, haulage, port handling and export documentation.
- Run the compliance and due-diligence checks required to sell and export minerals.
- Record visitor and safety-induction details for anyone entering an operating site.
- Maintain records required for accounting, tax, mining-permit and regulatory purposes.
- Operate, secure and improve our website.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
How information is shared
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary to:
- Perform a contract — for example with the assay laboratories, hauliers, freight forwarders, port agents and banks handling your shipment, with your knowledge.
- Engage service providers (hosting, email, payment, accounting) bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Comply with a legal, regulatory or judicial request — including mining, customs and export authorities — or to protect our rights and prevent fraud.
Any disclosure beyond what is needed for your enquiry or contract requires your consent.
Data retention
We keep contact and commercial information for as long as needed to respond to you or perform a contract, and afterwards only as long as required for accounting, tax, mining-permit, customs or legitimate business-record purposes. Website usage data collected by our hosting/analytics providers is retained for a limited period and then aggregated or deleted.
Security & international transfers
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encrypted connections, to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Because our email, hosting, banking and freight providers may operate outside Morocco, limited data may be processed abroad; we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected.
Children
Our website and our services are not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. Our operating sites are industrial workplaces and are closed to minors. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us at contact@immiminig.com and we will delete it promptly.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Delete your data, subject to our record-keeping and legal obligations.
- Object to or restrict certain uses of your data.
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at contact@immiminig.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Changes & contact
We may update this policy from time to time and will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected here. For any question or request about your privacy, contact IMMIMINIG at contact@immiminig.com.
